Renew User Credentials

 

 

  • Sign into Cognos 
  • Click on the user icon on the right corner of the screen 
  • Select My Preferences 

 

 

 

 

  • In the My Preferences window, select the Personal tab 
  • Expand the Advanced section  
  • Click on Renew 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A notification will pop-up once the credentials have been renewed
