Step1: Go to the Laverne Portal and under Quicklinks select Qualtrics.
Step2: You will be presented with the screen below, go ahead and select “No I don’t have a preexisting account here”.
Step 3: Your La Verne Qualtrics account should now be created. Go ahead select sign in and you will automatically be signed in.
