D2L Brightspace: Reply to Discussion Thread

How do I post a thread in Discussions? How do I reply to a Discussion thread in D2L Brightspace?

To post and reply to a Discussions thread in D2L Brightspace:

1. Login to D2L Brightspace using the link on the MyLaverne Portal 
2. Click on the course in which you'd like to access.
3. Click on Discussions.

4. From the Discussions List, click on the Topic you'd like to reply to
5. To post, click the Start a New Thread button, enter a subject and content, then click the Post button.

6. To reply, click the title of the thread you want to reply to.

7. Click the Reply to Thread button.
8. Edit the title and enter your reply.
9. Click Post.
