Overview
Power BI provides the ability to move insights derived from Power BI visualizations into other formats that are more suited for specific tasks such as detailed analysis, external reporting, or data archiving. This is achieved by the export feature, which allows us to export data from visuals into desired formats (pdf, PowerPoint, excel ...). Follow the steps given below to export data from Power BI.

5. Choose the data: A new window will appear where you can select either "Summarized data" (which will be the data as it appears in your visual) or "Underlying data" (which will be the detailed data from the source) or "Data with current layout". You can choose "Underlying data" if you need the raw data that is behind any particular visual and you can use the "Data with current layout" to export data in a similar layout as that of the visual. You can also choose your desired file formats to download.
