This new feature allows instructors to reopen a student's submitted quiz attempt if time is still remaining so they can continue where they left off

This new feature allows instructors to reopen a student's submitted quiz attempt if time is still remaining so they can continue where they left off.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1.     Go to the Quizzes Tool

• From your course homepage, click “Quizzes” in the navigation bar.

 

2.     Open the Quiz

• Select the quiz where the student submitted an attempt prematurely.

 

3.     Access Quiz Attempts

• Click the dropdown arrow next to the quiz title and choose “Grade” or “Attempts”.

 

4.     Find the Student’s Attempt

• Locate the student whose quiz you want to reopen.

• Click on their attempt to view details.

 

5.     Reopen the Attempt

• If time is still available, you’ll see the option to “Reopen Attempt”.

• Click “Reopen” to allow the student to resume the quiz.

6.     Notify the Student

• Let the student know they can return to the quiz and continue within the remaining time.
