How to reset your Laverne password

( Note: Using the password reset system requires registration. If you receive an error message, you will need to register using the link below: https://aka.ms/mfasetup and sign in with your La Verne credentials. From this page select + Add sign-in method and select from the list of sign-in methods available.)

• From the La Verne Portal click on "Enhanced Password Reset" :

• Enter your email (including the @laverne.edu) and complete the CAPTCHA then click next:

• You will now be prompted to confirm the password reset using the phone number that was setup.

• Here enter the phone number that you setup and it will send you a code to confirm the password reset:

• Enter the code that is texted/called to you then click on next:

• Now you will be prompted to setup a new password:

• Once you confirm the new password and it meets complexity requirements you will receive this confirmation:

• And that’s it, your password has been reset for you La Verne account!
