Access Cognos Through Virtual Desktop
Before accessing Cognos production, it is required to setup the Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) and DUO. If you don't have these, follow the below steps to set it up:
Installing VDI

DUO Setup
Follow this video guide of setting up and linking DUO to your staff account here
After installing Virtual Desktop Interface and setting up DUO, follow the below instructions to login into Cognos
Login into VDI
- Search for VDI or VMware horizon client and launch the application
- Enter your staff username and credentials to access the virtual desktop interface environment
3. Login Into MyLaverne Portal
4. Navigate to Staff Resources and Access Cognos Production 
4. Or use this link to log-in into Cognos Production (Only works inside VDI environment)
5. Enter you staff username and password to login into Cognos
