How to see Advisee List?
The Advisee student list provides information on advisors and the students they are advising
To fetch the data regarding Advisee student list follow the steps mentioned below

1. Location
Inside cognos, go to : Team content > Business Intelligence Reports > Dashboards > Student > Academic Advising > Advisee Student List

2. Prompt page
Select the report criteria you would like.
If you would like all advisors for a particular college:

Select Academic Term and Commencement Status

Select the college you would like
-
Select whether you'd like to see primary advisors only or all advisors in the college (Advisor Type)

Click Finish
-
The report will be generated.
If you would like all advisors for a particular academic program or a combination of programs:

Select Academic Term and Commencement Status
-
Select the academic program(s) you would like
-
Select whether you'd like to see primary advisors only or all advisors in the college (Advisor Type)
-
Click Finish
-
The report will be generated.
